Ebay Shipping Label Problems

Just in the past week I have started to have a problem where the shipping label purchased through ebay will not work correctly. It will not fill in any information on the actual shipping label, however it will fill in the receipt information at the bottom of the label.

If you open the label window to print it, the section that contains the actual label is blank, and has an image placeholder ot the top left corner, but the actual shipping label is blank. I found I can go to another computer and open the shipping label page and reprint the label, but it will not work correctly on the first go around. 

Anyone have any experience with this as well?

I print my USPS labels on 2 per page INKJET labels. (no receipt)

I haven't had your exact problem.. but this morning I had 2 shipping labels

to print and it printed the first one correctly and the second 1abel was the

wrong direction on the paper crossing the center onto the other label. So

I printed it again and it printed going in the correct direction but it was

1/3 of the size it needed to be. So I tried opening up the Ebay label page

to get it larger and it printed small again...

I spent 2 hours and used 20 pages of plain paper and labels and still cannot

get it to print but 2 ways... LARGE using the whole page of 2 labels or TINY SMALL

(too small) on 1/2 of the page & staying the borders.  It happened all of the sudden, changing between printing 2 labels.  I have used this printer and these labels on Ebay for

as long as Ebay has had shipping option. It has always printed correctly: the right

size and the right direction on the Label paper.

I have tried everything to include reloading the printer drivers so me thinks

that its an Ebay-Pitney Bowes-Microsoft  or software Issue. Is anyone else having trouble

with 2 per page Labels (with the receipts shut off) and still having problems??
