I just noticed when looking at my payments page that 8 charges for $0.73 were pending for e-bay standard shipping labels that I printed back on the 9th and today is the 17th. I even have it set up so that any fees will be deducted from my earnings so I called and was told e-bay reserves those shipping label fees now and it can take 5 days up to 2 weeks before they take them out of your account. And he addmitted that he never seen that before. Its a good thing I always leave money in my account for possible returns and shipping supplies. Has this happened to anyone else lately or has been like this since the start of managed payments?
