Ebay Scan Form is not working - Shipping Labels did not show accepted

I printed out 6 shipping labels on Ebay at around 3:30 am EST on 1/15/2020.  I then printed out my USPS Scan Form.

Compared to previous Scan Forms, this new Scan Form for 1/15/2020 has a different and weird name.

I shipped out all the packages around 10 am early morning, and USPS scanned my Scan Form.  I have the receipt to prove it.

I double checked all my shipping labels at around 3:30 pm in the afternoon, and the packages did not show accepted.

Something is wrong with the scan form generated by Ebay starting 1/15/2020.

Below is a picture of the 1/15/20 Scan form with a weird name.

Do you use a large, urban Post Office, or a smaller or rural one? The reason I'm asking is because I have a rural Post Office, and no information (such as SCAN forms) gets uploaded until after they close at 1700. Only the carrier hand scanners are uploaded in real time.  I know that larger Post Offices will upload in real time.

If this isn't the case, it may just take some time to show up.  Maybe things just taking their time working their way through the system because of overload.

OR, there could be a problem.

I really don't know, just throwing some ideas out.

This never happened before.  I have been using my local USPS office for the last 6 years.

The problem I have is, I printed a shipping label this morning around 10 am, now it is 6 pm, on usps website it still says "Label Created, not yet in system".

Before last week, usually every label (tracking number) I created on ebay shows on USPS an hour after created. Since last week, it has been several hours. Today, it has been more than 7 hours.

Something is not right here.  I think Ebay updated something.  If you look at my Scan Form Name, it looks completely different from others.

My scan form today looks just like yours with a long string of numbers and letters.

Post office scanned it as usual. 

You might want to post on the technical board about this.

You're fine. The Acceptance scans will show up on-line eventually. 

The "weird name" is the very long filename of the SCAN form that you generated. The form is a PDF document (note the ".pdf" on the end) that was generated by the system and sent to you for printing. If it was scanned successfully at dropoff time, which it sounds like it was, then there is nothing further that you need to do.
