Ebay International Shipping Program

How can I eliminate certain listings from the EIS program. We are opted in on all listings, the article says we can change individual listings. That does not seem to be the case.

eBay planned to make this a listing-level setting at the start, just like GSP.

But when it launched that changed. EIS is an account-level setting that cannot be turned off at the listing level. If you want to eliminate certain listings, you need to set up exclusions to all international locations on those listings @tweetystwades.

To add other shipping options to individual listings, you would go to Revise Listing of your desired item and then go down to the International Shipping section and click the button on the right side where is states "Add Other Shipping Services" to blue which will activate the Add Services box. There you can add whichever other International Service you want with Flat Rate or Calculated Rate options. This will only apply to this revised listing and will override the EIS option to the other service you have now applied.

We have had to do this for a Buyer already as they were getting the "Contact Seller" message because the shipping cost was not specified for Canada, even though we had other Canada sales through EIS. They sent us the screenshot showing no shipping option specified in our listing with EIS. I'm hoping this is just working out the bugs with EIS and not for most International listings and we end up loosing those sales because when no shipping cost is specified most Buyers will just move on to the next item.
