All of my listings have free shipping and 1 day handling time. When I search my listings from my other account, none of them are showing up with the "Free 4 day shipping" green tag line. Essentially I am shipping to myself, so the shipping speed will be within that time frame.
Another seller in my zip code has a similar item listed, same shipping service, same handling time, and their item shows up with the green tag line and arriving 2 days ahead of my item. The listing are exactly the same except for the arrival date.
I previously had Fast n' Free designation on all my listings. What is going on? I spoke to 2 ebay reps on the phone, neither of which understood my questions or could provide assistance. Is anyone else having this problem?

With all the shipping delays now, could be eBay has cut back on that. Too many packages might not have been getting there in time.

Thanks for sharing that, perhaps my calls did work! I appreciate your help.

Unfortunately all still show the same from my end in the search as not having guaranteed delivery. Also interesting as to why those listings above say Fast n' Free when that has been phased out....

I do not think eBay has officially commented on this, but it only makes sense that the GD program has been temporarily suspended. I saw listing as late as December that had GD on them and that was crazy! USPS was SLAMMED with 1 Billion packages during holiday shipping and was overwhelmed. Massive back logs and delays and yet eBay continued with GD.
So now it looks like the 'Fast n Free' tag has returned as to attract buyers where as the "Free 4 Day Shipping" tag was a 'meh' from buyers. FnF doesn't mean GD however.
Hey the GD program was eBay's money it was putting at risk, so it would be eBay's decision to suspend or eliminate the program at any time.

Basically I just want my listings to show up in search results with some kind of designation that I'm offering 1 day handling time and free shipping like they always have. There is a large space in the seller hub devoted to opting in to Guaranteed Delivery so it doesn't seem like it's been temporarily suspended...maybe someone from eBay would care to comment?

LOL! Well if you happen to see it on a listing as you are shopping around, let us know! I shop with nearest filter and haven't seen a GD in a while.
But having a large space devoted to GD on Seller Hub is not surprising. Changes get made around here and the help pages and other pages are slow to catch up. Doesn't appear to be a comprehensive, over reaching approach to running things, per se. You wouldn't run NASA like this. 😂

Check your shipping preferences page to see if you are still enrolled in Guaranteed Delivery.
I found out I am no longer enrolled because Ebay ended the "Handling Time" option for GD. The seller will now have to create shipping rate tables for each region and offer their own guarantee times for each region. Sounds pretty complicated to me.
I noticed there are very few GD listings in any categories I usually purchase from.

Ebay is removing the fast and free badge along with the guaranteed by badge. Their new verbiage is "Get it by" and "x day shipping". The qualifications for these are the same as the previous fast and free requirements. You can read about it here: https://pages.ebay.com/seller-center/shipping/estimated-delivery-dates.html

Yes, that is exactly what I am referring to. I qualify and yet am still not seeing the "get it by" or "x day shipping" on my listings. Talked to two ebay employees this morning, neither of which knew what I was talking about. (one told me my listings don't meet the requirements because I offer the Global Shipping program and my shipping isn't technically free...seriously?)
