Ebay Global Shipping not working

Hi,

wondering if anyone can help me.

I use the global shipping programme and have had no problems with it, until now.

I sold an item with free UK postage and the buyer is in Turkey. Usually the postage is all dealt with by eBay, but it's not worked this time.

Is this because of the free UK postage? (then I need to sort it out myself and use Royal Mail)

If not any tips on sorting it out?

Our problem is no U.K. buyers can bid on our auction items.  Ebay changed our shipping policy without notifying us.  SO it is the middle of the auction that was targeting U.K. buyers.  I stand to lose 5k.  This is a disaster 20 plus years,  near perfect feedback, and they have made 20k off me in the last 6 months....and this is how they treat me?  the phone support is now like everything else.  Someone who does not use or understand the product is giving ME advice that does not solve the issue.

I suggest you start a new thread about your issue, @herculesrecords.  You've tacked your post onto a thread that may end up being deleted as the original poster bailed out of it.
