Ebay Contact Policy question

Hi

I bought an item that need to be picked up by a freight forwarder, i need to communicate with the seller to get information to schedule the pick up and adjusting the BOL. Does Ebay let me share email address with the buyer or viceversa when a successful transaction has happened. I dont want to violate the policy but I need guidance if is possible to ask for any info that help me schedule the pick up.

You should be able to arrange the pickup details through eBay messages, but to answer your question: you can exchange e-mails after the buyer pays, not before. You could also call the buyer. Their phone number is on the order details page.
