I'm trying to report Ebay, that I didn't received my product, but every time I click on the product, it goes back to inicial page. Help me, please

How are you approaching the report? Are you using the Resolution Center link at the bottom of the page? Or are you trying to report it through your Purchase History page?

Are you using the desktop version or the mobile app? Which operating system and browser are you using?

What was the estimated delivery date of the item?

I tried using the Resolution Center link and through my Purchase History page. I'm using a desktop version, and the estimated delivery date was 26/04/2019
