Please note, the seller and the item is perfect. A few weeks ago, I ordered an item to Canada, first time with EIS. Had to figure it out, item goes to Illinois and bounce around: first, Carol Stream, then Glendale Heights (hub) then Chicago. You get ONE tracking number to Glendale Hts. Then you get SECOND tracking number when it transfers to Asendia (got to watch this one, it disappears real fast off of any tracking site). Then you get a THIRD tracking number when it hits Canada. Wow, 3 tracking number. Overkill and the more moving parts, the more potential for breakdown. But it worked. I then ordered 2 more items from sellers - one item, I got the first 2 tracking numbers then.... insert cricket chirping... nothing. When last checked, it still says it's in the States. No, it's not, I have it right now! I never received the Canada track # - not in Ebay, not on parcelsapp which the first item's # did and where I usually get the Canada Post # (doesn't register at all in ship24), kept checking USPS, Canada Post with the old track #. This is unacceptable with the price of shipping. So I expect the same bad service with my other parcel. I have no idea where it is. Just because it was bought one day later than the other package, I assume it is floating in Canada somewhere now. Hey Ebay, I am still hearing crickets!
Yep, a lot of Canadians complained about GSP - at first, we were being charged shipping twice and charged duties on low cost items. But then it improved! Only one ship charge, and no more duties on items under $20. Goes to Kentucky then to Canada with only 2 track numbers and you know where you package was at all times!!! Not like the idiot system above.
BRING BACK THE GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM, and DITCH EIS!!!!! It is INCONSISTENT!!!
Thank you ladies and gentlemen, this is the end of this rant. One more to come, oh boy, oh boy!!!

Oooops, the question was: where do I tell Ebay that the EIS isn't tracking or giving out all the 3 tracking numbers?

I had my second EIS sale this week. Both are going to Canada. I have asked the first buyer to let me know if he gets a new tracking #. I don't know if I will get it too. Hopefully the packages will arrive quickly.

Last night while checking the tracking of my first item sent to Canada, I noticed that there is a new tracking #and it says ASCENDIA. So I guess that will be the company delivering the package to Canada. I did not get a notification. I learned by looking at the tracking # s of all of the items that I mailed out last week.

Take the Ascendia track # (the EE number) you have and google parcelsapp and put it in there. Hopefully you will eventually find another track # for Canada Post - it's on the right side of the parcelsapp page 'last mile tracking ID' and it will have the 3rd Canada Post tracking number, mine started with LV. I am in Ontario, so I am just assuming other province's items are being delivered with CP. Anyways with EIS, it seems to be 3 tracking numbers. The more moving parts in a system, more room for errors. Which is what is happening with an item I bought using EIS - it stopped moving, no CP # for me. I have used EIS 3 times and only once it worked properly. I can't buy off of Ebay anymore if my items don't track to the house. I'm hoping, as a seller, if one of your items gets lost, Ebay will refund you the shipping since it is their shipping route.
