EIS Program - Was I Removed?

Is it possible to be removed from the EIS program? I believe I sold two items through it a few weeks ago, but now I have a potential buyer who can't get an Item shipped to Europe. The only thing I can think of is that I tried to list a computer module last week that Ebay decided was an airbag and blocked the listing.

There are restrictions based on individual country's laws and other import requirements which are being interpreted and applied by EIS. As always there are artificial intelligence errors.

I checked a few of your items and they all show shipping only to the US. Have you checked your shipping preferences to make sure that you haven’t been accidentally opted out? 

Its possible that the EIS just doesn’t ship those particular items that you have listed but it does seem odd that none of them ship out of the US.
