EBay not charging the correct shipping charges to the buyer.

Has anyone else had a problem with Ebay not collecting the correct amount for shipping?  When I list an item I put calculated shipping it shows the amount of shipping that should be collected. But when the buyer pays the shipping is less. So I have called customer service now 3 times the first 2 times was told to pay for the label and they would credit me the difference in 72hrs which has not happened. Tonight I'm told they will not credit shipping charges.  Which means I'm now out of pocket from my sells to pay for there mistake.  Does anyone have any suggestions please?  For I'm not doing this for free.

If it's First Class, looks like you selected envelope and it should be a package.

Have a great day.

I agree:  Some of those prices on recent Sold items are for First Class flats (AKA Large envelope) not packages.

@cbarranch01   When you set up the shipping calculator, you need to choose "Package" in the menu for "Package type." If you choose "Large envelope" then your buyer will be undercharged..

You are choosing First Class flat when making your listing and then sending it First Class package.

Your buyers are paying for a flat (stamped) and you are sending a package
