EBAY STANDARD ENVELOPE TEMPORALLY UNAVAILABLE

Is anyone else having this issue? i just sold a trading card i had listed with eBay standard envelope as the shipping option but when i tried printing out the label it says its temporarily unavailable and my current only option is usps ground shipping. The dimensions of the envelope meet the threshold so im not sure what to do as shipping for $4 isn't even worth it at that point.

You can try again later to print with eBay Standard Envelope or you can mail it with a regular stamp. There is no tracking with a stamp, but eBay Standard Envelope doesn't always have tracking either.

We are having the same issue as well. We can not ship out the cards we just sold.

Same issue, it is unavailable even if I mess around with the weight and dimensions.

I am having the same issue. Printed one ground advantage by mistake. Immediately voided. When I went to purchase another label for the same shipment  standard envelope was then available. Have 4 more, not sure I want to repeat those steps to be able to.

Postage stamps do work if the system doesn't fix in time to meet shipping deadlines, but then there's the issue of eBay marking sellers down for not uploading tracking.

Hey @irvin_perez! The Shipping team has been notified and they are looking into the issue. We will report back with an estimated time for recovery.

Having the same problem, can't purchase/print any Ebay Standard Envelopes.

Might be an issue on USPS end.  All of their informed delivery is down and big spike in reports on downdetector for them since a few hours ago.
