Dyslexic Shipping

I sent two packages to the opposite buyers.  Is there a way to send labels to each buyer to slap on the package and it be sent to the correct buyer?  Or do they have to send back to me?

Re: Dyslexic Shipping

The proper thing is to provide a shipping label and have them return the item to you.  Then you reship if they're returned. It's  cheaper for you to have the buyers  forward it on to each other but you don't know if either buyer would do that, and a buyer might not want you giving out their information to another buyer. Fact is each buyer will be receiving an item that isn't as described and it should be handled that way. They return it to you for a refund or a replacement.

Re: Dyslexic Shipping

It was an honest mistake, but not a customer's problem to fix.  What if one of the customers mails the others item and it goes missing? Or other issues? Will that be the customers fault?

You will have to hit " reset" by getting the items back and reshipping.

Re: Dyslexic Shipping

I have done 2-3 times myself.  NEVER pack 2 items at a time.  When you print, print the full shipping label.  On the bottom part of the label, you will see the name of the exact item that you sold.  Double check that you are   packing the correct item.  Seal the box and put the label on it BEFORE you go on to the next package.

Re: Dyslexic Shipping

I could absolutely see myself doing the same thing.

My earlier comment stems from the thought that even if both buyers are trustworthy, leaving it up to them to re-ship automatically puts them into the chain of responsibility, and you don't want that headache.

I'm not even sure how an INR or INAD claim would look like if this scenario played out, but I guarantee more than one person would lose.

Sorry that happened to you. Hope that there's a speedy resolution👍

Re: Dyslexic Shipping

A ?. Looking at all of my shipping labels (I make a second copy for my records) I do not see the item listed. How do I fix that to get the full shipping label? Thanks for the help.
