I currently sell on ebay and receive my payments directly to my business account. Now I want to begin sell item by dropshipping directly to them. I have to use payoneer in order to pay my vendors. How can I add payoneer to my ebay account in addition to my bank account to link them together. Ebay does not give me that option. The only option i have is to pay with credit card or my bank account. I want use Payoneer and link to my bank account. Can anyone help me>

Not sure what you are wanting but..,....
USA sellers do not use payoneer.
Payoneer is not an option for buyers to pay for ebay items.
Ebay is not set up for sellers to pay their vendors directly. You do that outside of ebay.

You can't, Payoneer is not used here in the US.

That's correct. You can't find that option, because it is not available on eBay, at least not for sellers who are registered in the USA (or Canada, UK, Australia or the EuroZone). Sellers outside of those regions are required to have a Payoneer account to receive their managed payments payouts, but sellers inside those regions get their payouts directly to a checking account. Aside from that limited aspect (receiving payouts for certain sellers), Payoneer is not available as a payment option on eBay.
I believe you will have to link your Payoneer account to your bank account, and then you can transfer money from your bank account to your Payoneer account. But there is no way (for a USA-based seller) to transfer money directly from eBay to Payoneer. It has to go through your bank account first.
FYI, dropshipping is hands-down, without doubt, the most difficult and demanding business model on eBay. It is possible but extremely difficult to be successful with this business model. So don't invest too much money up-front but be prepared to invest some, and also be prepared to spend an extreme amount of time on managing your business, updating quantities and prices, and dealing with the inevitable severe customer service problems that dropshipping experiences.
