I dropped off my package at USPS on February 19th (last Tuesday) because I always did that with my package with no problem. However, there is no update in the system at all this time ( still stuck in the label created ). I even went to the post office last Friday to ask about it and the staff there told me that I cannot do anything but wait and probably filed the case later. I sold my second-hand staff, therefore, I definitely cannot resent it since I have only one.
What should I do in this case??

Try a call to the 800 number on the USPS web site. They can pull up a lot more info than what is posted on line. Some packages to get delivered with only a delivery scan. I would call and see what they say. That can get packages "unstuck".

USPS is not reliable at this time: do not drop it in the drop off box: take it to the counter and have it scanned in.
Hope it updates if scan down the line:
Not being scanned hurts your metrics fast and can cost you more in fees due to such.
This does not include having to refund the buyer due to not showing up in the tracking.
