Double Custom Forms?

So recently my USPS Postal Clerk told me my First Class Packages need a custom form (even though I fill one online via Ebay). They won't accept my packages without the physical form attached to the package now. Is there a way to show on the shipping label that I've filled the customs form online?

USPS Priority Mail's shipping label includes a printout with the customs form, but First Class Mail doesn't have the customs form.

First Class International package has the customs information all on the label. You're saying your PO clerk won't accept that?

Double Custom Forms?

Any custom form that I have printed has 3 or 4 pages, of those 1 you keep and the others get put in the custom form envelop attached to the package. Did you sign and date the copy(s) that went with the package?

Double Custom Forms?

I forgot to add I'm shipping from a US Territory. However I already fill out the customs form as it's a requirement to print the label. Yes First Class Mail does not have a customs form attached unlike Priority Mail.

Double Custom Forms?

The info is always there when I print a First Class International label through eBay.

What happens when you print the label through PayPal instead?

Double Custom Forms?

I've mailed 100's of First Class International packages from here in the states, and sometimes I will get a clerk who will ask why I don't have more than the single physical copy to be mailed with the package.  I politely let them know that the forms are filed electronically through eBay.   I've never had a package not make it to where it was addressed to.  If you use postage you buy from the USPS website, it will print out 4 identical customs forms, 3 to be mailed with the item, and one copy for you to keep.  I've done it both ways, and always the same results.  Maybe you should go to a different clerk, or ask to speak to a supervisor.

Double Custom Forms?

Since you appear to be shipping from Guam, is the destination of your shipment on the United States Mainland?  If so, you are probably not shipping First Class International but rather domestic First Class Package.  I'm not sure but I think that although the shipment is a domestic one, a customs declaration is required from some destinations.  I didn't know Guam was one of them nor that it didn't print out with the online First Class label.
