I'm still awaiting a response from ebay on this debacle. Transcript attached - ref number in subject.
To add to the confusion and woeful service provided by my hermes they turned up at the buyers residence and tried to pick up the parcel that had just been delivered by royal mail....
Go figure. My Hermes is simply an untrustworthy parcel service and I'm baffled as to why they are offered as a 'service' at all. Another tip, save yourself a few quid and use parcel force as Shutl charge about £3-4 for the privelge of printing the label at home.
All in all very disappointed with the option for delivery on ebay, wouldn't use them. My case is still awaiting resolution and I have not heard anything back yet from ebay on this.
