Does Ebay notify me once package returns to Seller?

I sent back an item to a seller on Weds. 4/1 (per Ebay's signature tracking label...)

I went to the resolution center and per the graphic ...it said it was delivered. (only a few states away...)

Does Ebay notify me, officially, that the package was received by the seller?  With signature tracking, it seems

a quick email would be automatically done...??

Will they also say when the refund is made?

Also, is any of this process "slowed down" due to the current virus situation?

EBay will notify you when the package is delivered to the seller.

As for refunds, you may or may not receive a refund immediately after the seller gets your item back. You might have to get ebay to step in and help. It has happened to me recently.
