Discrepancies on the Shipping Label Page.

There is an curious thing on the Shipping Label page in regards to the size of the package.  It is a programming issue, but why would they do this.

First off the dimensions of the package are in REVERSE order from how it appears on the listing set up.  Without labels for the specific boxes that can be hard to figure out if you don't have the dimensions set up in your listing prior to the purchase.

Plus on this screen, what's up with Buyer Selected.  I don't give my buyers options of what their shipping method will be and if I did, they wouldn't all be at the same price.  Why is Ebay putting this in when it isn't correct.  Buyer's are selecting these methods on my listings.

On the Advanced listing form [ALF], the dimensions appear as above.  The first box is to be the longest side.  It will not post unless the largest number is in the first spot.

Thanks for posting this. I haven't read yesterday's chat yet, but here's a post I put up earlier today that includes several examples from other sellers that may help you and Tyler. The problem is definitely creating some confusion for sellers.

Excellent.  There is so much going on now that I'm confused enough trying to keep everything straight and moving forward.  This is just an unnecessary concern.  

It does make one wonder as to why the programmer or the team responsible for this update did not either check to make sure that the package size was in the same format as the listing form or they didn't see the importance of it.  Either way, it is a head scratcher for me.  Something so simple made so hard for no good reason.

And this Buyer requested icon when a buyer doesn't have the option to choose on a listing is yet another one.  

It should be noted that on my listings at least, the vast majority of time that this Buyer Requested icon appears, it was not even an option on my listing.

I just went to print a label for a package that is 22x16x2 and they were in the same order as my listing.

Well that is good news.  Maybe they are phasing in the correction.  When I did shipping this morning it was the same way as I pic'd above.

Do you see that Buyer Selected icon or has that disappeared too?

I've never noticed the dimensions ever being in a reversed order on my labels.  I have noticed that buyer selected notation on the labels for awhile now.
