@rwinter7  The systems are purposely set up to avoid phone calls. If you follow the procedures for whatever is your issue, you will find a solution. If you want to get more direct advice from other experienced sellers, who most likely have dealt with whatever issue you are having, then post details and an explanation here. You will receive some excellent advice and probably get your issue resolved quickly. . Best of luck to you....
