Didn't mean to hit "accept return"

I didn't mean to press the "accept return" button when I was sending my message to a buyer telling him I would not accept it, and now it says I accepted the return when I didn't mean to. How can I resolve this issue? I said no returns, so I'm having a little trouble right now.

If the return was for an Item Not As Described you best accept it no matter what you state in your listing.  If you don't eBay will see that the buyer is made whole and  the funds will be deducted from your PayPal account including return ship.
