Did not receive case, too old to see tracking history?

I just received notice of a did not receive case, but the item was purchased more than 60 days out. How can I access the details of the transaction, specifically the tracking information?

No matter. Tracking is available at USPS.com for 120 days on delivery confirmation, and one year on signature confirmation. And UPS and FedEx tracking survive past 120 days.

Just upload that tracking number into your case Details page.

But how do I find the tracking number? My list of sold items only goes back 60 days.

Is this INR case at eBay, or at PayPal?

Get the tracking number from the transaction Details page for that payment at PayPal.
