I just printed out a packing slip that looks completely different than any packing slip I've ever sent out. There's no date anywhere on it, the only information included is the seller's address and recipient's address, order ID number the title of the item listing. There's also a message to the buyer from me at the bottom that I did not write. Can other sellers confirm the packing slip printouts have been changed within the past 2 days? I looked through the comments posted here and didn't see any recent mention, and I certainly didn't receive any notifications from eBay of a change.

When you print a packing slip what you see initially is general stuff your return address the buyers shipping address and the item purchased. In the left hand side you have options to customize the packing slip to your liking. The only time I use packing slips is for purchases through eIS,otherwise I don’t feel it’s necessary.

None of those options have ever appeared on my computer screen when printing a packing slip. And when I printed this one, I didn't do anything differently than the last 300+ I've printed out.

I saw the new format today, too. Going from memory, they give you a big blue button on the LEFT side to print a packing slip that shows a truncated packing slip-ish thing like you mentioned, @erzengelb.
But if you back out of that and instead click a link that says something like Print Packing Slip on the RIGHT side, you’ll get the tried and true packing slip format.
It confused me at first, too!
