I have a buyer who requested a return. I got an email, I approved the return, went to a page that gave
me the price of the label, hit continue.. and then I got a page that told me to wait for the item before I refunded the price. I never got an indication that the label was sent. I don't see a Paypal transaction which I usually get for my shipping labels.
I have looked everywhere and do not find anything tied to the return that involves a label.
What happened? Will the label get sent?

I haven't had to process a return for a couple of years, but if I remember correctly, you are not charged for a label until it is used. If the buyer opened a return request the tracking number should show up in the resolution center console. If you are using the app. try logging in the classic way with your username and password. That will give you whole site access and the info may show up.
Have you messaged the buyer to ask if they have received a message or email with the label download in it? Once a label is received the buyer usually has 5 business days to use it.

Yes - I asked the buyer if she received the label. Haven't heard back. What is weird is that the ebay help screen says that the option to create the label was in Return Details. It was there last night but not today so I don't even know how to create another one if I have to. I use my laptop for ebay, not the app. Maybe I should see if things look different in the app.
