Hi everyone!
In the past I've bought some items from USA to be delivered at Mexico City and in order to get a tracking number and avoid possible loss at postal office I've always asked for Priority or Express shipping.
The thing is that this time the seller screwed up and sent my items as "International Letter" which tracking code starts with UJ. When looking for it at USPS website the last status shown since more than 10 days ago is "Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item" I really don't know what this means.... can anyone help?
Of course I've claimed a refund for the mess up and it went well but I still dont know if I'll ever see my items in a future or consider them as lost.
Has anyone from here had the same experience with this codes starting with UJ and the strange "Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item" sticked status?
