What was the carrier used, what does the tracking say when you enter it at parcelsapp.com and did you contact your local delivery company about the status?

So, you're saying that you see a 'Delivered' notice, but the buyer is messaging that it did not deliver?

I don't think so @mtgraves7984 . OP is the buyer, located in Spain.

So either it's an eBay International Shipping package where the 'delivered' status is just delivered to the US hub and it hasn't been forwarded yet, or it's a direct shipment and the OP will have to do more digging. For example, some DHL services mark as delivered when they pass off to the buyer's local carrier. Hard to say what exactly is happening without more info from OP.
