I have recently sold one item on Ebay. I successfully dispatched it in time and in the same way it was delivered. By the way, I did it in Germany and shipped via DHL. According to DHL-tracking the parcel was delivered and a recipient got it. Additionally my bayer also confirmed, that the package was delivered. But the problem is that the tracking status on eBay is not updating; it still indicates that my package has only been dispatched, whereas it has actually been delivered. It has been about 2-3 days since it was delivered, but no updates have been received. My funds are on hold right now. What should I do in this case?
