Delivery issue

My shoes were expected to ship on September 18th, and it is now the 19th. USPS says the item is "preshipment" Should I wait to make a statement of not getting my shoes yet, or should I contact Ebay, the seller, and USPS to see why my shoes are delayed. (Note: USPS says nothing about a delay)

You shouldn't do anything. No need to contact anyone. Just patiently wait for your shoes to arrive. USPS does not scan all packages upon acceptance and tracking information may not upload until the shoes are delivered. Its way too soon to contact ebay. There is no delay. Just be patient. You know the latest delivery estimate and that date is the only thing that matters here.

Please keep in mind the incredibly bad weather currently. This may or may not affect your situation (although it's indirectly affecting everything) but try to be a little patient. This year is setting records of the bad kind. Good luck~

Why do anything until the last estimated delivery date has passed? You can't do anything until then, anyway.
