'Delivery To' option - for what?

I am a seller. I've created a listing with option to ship to Worldwide. When I review my listing, I see option 'Delivery To' with the list of countries. And below there is a field 'Ships To' with Worldwide value.
I can't understand 'Delivery To' option - for what it should be used?
