Hello everyone.

7 days passed already since i got this status from fedex and it wasnt delivered. What should i do next to solve it? Its not a cheap package and im quite worried about this issue...

When you contacted Fed Ex, did they track the package to confirm it was delivered? Did they open a missing package request for you?

Fed Ex takes pictures of every delivery left. I have used them quite often as a seller and it a customer cannot find their package I call the 1-800-Go-FedEx customer service number. They get me to a agent fast after I tell them the tracking number and request customer service after the initial robot message. They can contact the driver and they can have him provide a photo of where the package was dropped along with GPS coordinates of the package.

I would have been on the phone with FedEx the day they said it was delivered to find out where it was delivered and if it was addressed to you.

I have already opened a case regards this shippment by filing a claim online,do you think there is still sense to call them?

I heard there should be photo proof of delivery option via fedex,how can i view it?

Tried to track it but actually Each time i order via fedex,i cant track the shippments. Im always getting "Unfortunately we are unable to retrieve your tracking results at this time. Please try again later." Maybe i do something wrong? Thanks

Your not going to be able to see any pictures. Fed Ex usually will not share that. If it was delivered, chances are it was stolen. Unfortunately there really is not much you can do if it was stolen except possibly contacting your insurance carrier to see if it would be covered. Stolen items are not the responsibility of the seller or carrier if it was actually delivered.

If you filed a case with ebay,   What would you expect them or the seller to do 

if Fed-ex says they delivered the package?

Where I live they must be taking that picture while the driver is still in the vehicle, as, for a fact, most times  the scanner is not with the driver when walking across the road, and up the driveway.

Did you ask your neighbors?  How about the people in your home?  Maybe one of them put it in the closet or somewhere and forgot to tell you?  As a seller (with another name) , this has happened a few times.  Did you check the bushes or your backyard?  I had an idiot UPS driver once toss a box containing a mirror over the fence. Of course, the mirror shattered.   Also, let's say you live 10 Elm St. Is there a 10 Elm Ct. in your zipcode. Perhaps the box was delivered to the other Elm?

You should check if it was actually your item, @gekanukr. 

What is the size and weight shown at the FedEx website? Anybody in public can see that info, so you don't need FedEx to write a letter for you on their official letterhead.

I finally found proof of delivery. And looks like its my package,seller said its similar to what he sent to me. But according to the photo it was delivered to some family,not to my address. And there are no similar places or neighbors near my address like the one in the photo. Any ideas what to do? Looks like its fedex fault,delivered to the wrong address! Thanks
