So we ordered a robetic machine where the seller deliever the product to wrong address in tracking it shows back to his warehouse, where it was intially was being packed and delieverd . when i contacted the seller the seller gave me responses by he didnt know what happened and he will get back on this after talking with the delievery company . Almost a month passed with no solution eventually, he offered for refund while we ask him to send us the product his response was yes and than he stopped replying its been more than 2 weeks i am texting him while ebay gave us a date for stepping us which was 2 jaunary and its been days i have been trying to reach them but failing to reach them

What is the best course of action for this buyer whose package was not delivered to him? It was sent back to the seller apparently. Ebay has closed the case.

When you do the PayPal case be sure to follow the timelines. Do not let it time out.

Hi @abdualmuh_50, it sounds like the date you were given for eBay to step in has already passed. This date would have been the deadline for you to ask eBay to step in. The option to have us step in does not appear in the request until you are able to ask us for help, and from the details you shared here it seems like you had until the 2nd of January notify us that you would like help. That is likely why the case is now closed, as you did not ask us to step in and help prior to the case closing. While the request is still open you can see the deadline for asking eBay to step in within the case, which it looks like you were able to see. Once this date has passed, we are not able to assist any further as we only retain access to the funds in the transaction for a certain amount of time.
You would need to pursue protection options outside of eBay as we are unable to re-open a case that has closed under these circumstances. We have to be asked to step in while the request is still open - if we are not asked to step in and help, then the case will expire and close on it's own.

Thank you for your response ebay . While the case was open i tried plenty of time trying ebay stepping in , what i got was just a techinal error and when that failed i also tried sending email to ebay only left with errors and cannot be send . The only i got in contact with is calling someone in US ( Family) to call you on your number which got me a reply of using the paypal option but i must say i was really dissapointed by your after services. I was covered by ebay moneyback grauntee and clearly you see that the seller is not responding still ebay couldnt let me have it step in due to techinal error . I might be not from english speaking country but i can understand what "if you aren't able to reslove the issue by january 2 2019 , you can ask us to step in and help " means . At that point before 2 January i was trying to ask ebay to step in but it wouldnt let me promting a techinal error . I would like to seek asistance in this case as you can CLEARY SEE THE SELLER IS TRYING TO CHEAT . HOW CAN YOU TELL ME THE CASE IS CLOSED WHEN ITS SO CLEARLY VISIBLE THAT HE STOPPED RESPONDING ????

@Anonymous A techinal error was being shown everytime i was trying to asking ebay to step in. Anyhow, I filed disupute in paypal and got my refund from the seller himself so which sorts out everything for now thank you and i hope you improve your automated system for people who cant reach your email or other mode of conntact
