So we ordered a robetic machine where the seller deliever the product to wrong address in tracking it shows back to his warehouse, where it was intially was being packed and delieverd . when i contacted the seller the seller gave me responses by he didnt know what happened and he will get back on this after talking with the delievery company . Almost a month passed with no solution eventually, he offered for refund while we ask him to send us the product his response was yes and than he stopped replying its been more than 2 weeks i am texting him while ebay gave us a date for stepping us which was 2 jaunary and its been days i have been trying to reach them but failing to reach them
