Hi,,,, I sold a snowboard to someone in the UK. I shipped it from California. The transaction went smooth, I was paid and I shipped the board. It was sent via the Ebay global program. I dropped it at the USPS in my town. Well it never made it, and the buyer is wondering what happened. We follow the tracking at in arrived in So Cal at a DHL facility. A couple of days later the tracking was deleted. Well I cannot get any help from anyone to help. Ebay seems impossible and I did call one customer service number and I think it was a scam. They wanted all kinds of info and to be in my phone remotely... I ended that real quick. So here I am ... does anyone know what I can do??? --- thanks in advance!
