I clicked pay and print too quick. I accidentally printed a 2 pound label for a Regional rate A box. Upon realizing my mistake, I voided the incorrect label and printed a new one.
How do I update the tracking number? I see two tracking numbers, but I am sending the buyer one item. I searched for add edit delete label, but it appears I can only add additional labels. Is this a funny joke with eBay? Or am I missing something?
I would rather not have the buyer confused and eBay possibly messing with my seller statistics because they make it too easy to do a one-click label.
Will this impact my stats?
Thanks

Yep. You can add more tracking numbers but you can't remove any. Just message your buyer and explain that and include the correct number. Some get worried when they see two and one does not work.

@netwizz760 I haven't tried it in a long time but you used to be able to remove the extra tracking number on the app.

For reasons I have long since forgotten, I did the same thing a while back: printed one label, then had to do a second one for the same item. (I think the buyer added a second purchase that pushed the package weight into the next price range, something like that.) I was able to add the second tracking number to the sale, and the fact that there were two numbers total did not seem to upset anything, even though one was active and the other was not. (I voided it and got a refund a couple of weeks later.)
Once the live label was Delivered, the sale status was updated to Delivered, and that was that. I don't think your statistics should be impacted, since the sale record does show a normal delivery, despite the extra tracking number.
