Delayed Shipping to the US addresses

Dear All,

All my shipments to the US address are delayed, because of the US Custom and I do not know what to do.  It usually take 15-20 business days, but now it takes more than 2 months!!!!  Is there any reasonable way to ask eBay not count the possible opening "Item Not Received" cases??  Has anyone the same problem with letters/parcels to the US?

There is such a mess with that.  Some shippers were even disposing of packages into the US.  Nobody knows what to do.
