Defect on my account for no UPS carrier scan not valid

I buy all my shipping label through eBay and take my package (on time) to my local UPS store. I also scan the shipping labels and get a receipt which I have for the item eBay says did not receive a carrier scan. I followed the tracking which was uploaded to eBay and the item has been delivered in a timely manner. I find it totally ridiculous that there is now a defect on my account and don't know how there can be one when I scanned the package at the store myself and have a receipt???? And there isn't a way to ask eBay to remove the defect!

Was this shipped on 11/16? There were a lot of issues reported for problems on that date, you can go to previous posts in the selling thread. Per earlier messages, any defect should be removed before your next seller rating.

Your title says "UPS." Is that correct? 

There were issues with tracking for USPS labels on 11/16 but I'm not aware of a UPS  glitch.

Yeah, I just noticed 5 items showing no tracking or carrier scan. Gotta love AI. Artificial Idiocracy. Like we ran out of the human kind. LOL

It's a glitch which Ebay needs to get fixed.

The OP's most recent sales show either FedEx Ground or UPS Ground for shipping options.

THANK YOU for the message. I tried searching to see if there were any previous posts about UPS defects being addressed and nothing came up in my recent search so I am happy you responded to let me know.  And, YES, this was shipped on the 16th. Your reply was very helpful.
