Deadline to Open an Item Not Rec'd.

I ordered a couple of car parts from a Seller in Poland
The Order Date was Nov 22
Est. delivery Thu, Nov 30 - Sun, Dec 10
Returns (assuming it arrived) would be though Jan 10.
So, in a couple of days, I will have a Deadline to Open an Item Not Rec'd.

The choices are:
I'd still like the item
I'd like a refund

If I choose "I would still like to have the item" - will there be an extension on the Delivery Time?
If I choose "I would like to have a Refund"- Do I Refuse the Package if/when, it arrives?

Deadline to Open an Item Not Rec'd.

You have 30 days from estimated delivery Dec 10 to file a non-receipt claim. Deadline is January 9th. If you wait until Jan 10th you'll have waited too long.

Doesn't matter whether you say you'd like the item or a refund - the process is the same and the escalation timeline is the same.

If you get a refund for non-receipt and the item arrives at a later date, you can contact the seller to arrange re-payment.

If the item arrives, you have 30 days from delivery scan on tracking to file a return request.
