Hi

I didn't know I need to mark that I sent the item and I did it just yesterday although I sent the item b4 month ago

What can I do now?

ebay marked that the shipping sent in delay and I suppose to get my money only in next month instead this month

I tried to contact ebay but I didn't find an email or phone number and the live chat not working

Which part of your seller dashboard shows you shipped late?

Tracking uploaded on time and validated <-- that will definitely get hit because tracking was not uploaded on time. That metric displays 3 mos worth of data

Late shipping <-- If your item arrived within the estimated delivery date that metric shouldn't take a hit even though you uploaded tracking late. That metric displays 12 mos worth of data for low volume sellers and 3 mos worth of data for anybody with a min of 400 transactions in a 3 month period.
