Be careful using DHL in Redondo Beach for international shipping.
If the item is lost in shipping, EBay will not help you and you will be stuck with a refund for something out of your control.
We tried to send something to Chile. It went to Redondo Beach where a DHL tracking number was assigned.
Using this number we tracked it to Frankfurt, Germany (?) where shipping info ended.
When we contacted EBay about this they wanted the original USPS tracking number which was lost when they overlayed it with the DHL number.
We tried using the EBay appeal process using the DHL tracking number (which clearly showed we had sent the item) but we were denied!
We were charged with a total refund to the customer for something totally out of our control.
EBay was of no help and simply closed the case.
