I know how to print packing list but my logo used to be on it and not its not there and I can't seem to be able to add it. Was this option removed? Or where/how am I able to add my logo so that it is on my packing list, not the store or invoice but my packing list. When I try to edit it asks me for my logo url??? I'm not understanding why I can't just upload my logo image. Again, please note this is for the packing list and not the store or invoice or any marketing communication.
Thanks

Honestly, its difficult to follow what you are saying, its a bit too technical for me. I did load my logo on my PC and put that url in the space where it says company image logo url but that doesn't work either. Is there a simple, (easy to understand for non-technical people) to simply upload the image to the packing slip? My logo is in my store, I don't understand why it cant be shown or my packing slip or have a simple upload of the image to the slip? Can someone please provide a way to do this that is easy and simple to do? Thanks

Here is your store logo:
You can use the eBay URL to that logo for the packing slip:
https://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/MTEyMlgxNjAw/z/-r8AAOSwnHZYZoMX/$_7.JPG
If you need to re-obtain the URL to your store logo (if the URL changes and/or your change the store logo), right click on the store logo on your store page, choose "view image info", copy the URL from the dialog, and insert it in the packing slip edit dialog again)
When a logo image file is on the PC it is a local file URL as I described above, and you may have to jump through hoops as I described.
A local file URL has to be of the form:
file:///D:\_info_to_be_filed\_Downloads\images\smilies\smiley_75_105x53.jpg
and browser security constraints and setting may block access to local files in some situations.
You have to add the file:/// in front of the fully specified file name, and can use back \ or forward / in the path name or the file:\\\ part.
When you enter a proper file URL in there and click the "continue and view changes" button the logo should immediately appear on the packing slip. If it doesn't then there is an error in the URL you entered or it might be browser security settings blocking access.
(if you paste the file URL in the browser address bar and it loads then it should work for the packing slip. If it doesn't, does not necessarily mean the URL is wrong - again browser security)
Alternatively, you upload the image somewhere on the web to an image host, and use a regular URL like
https://www.myfreeimagehost.com/berserkerplanet/images1/smiley_75_105x53.jpg
Hope that makes sense.
(if not can someone else jump in and translate/re-interpret? @eburtonlab ?)

Easiest way I found is the following:
Step 1: Open your eBay Store in your browser.
Step 2: Right Click on your Store Logo and select "Copy Image Address".
Step 3: Return to the Edit Packing Slip page and paste the image address.
