Ebay has shut down Customer Service and will no longer take phone calls to resolve issues.

What time did you try calling?  ebay CS is open 5am-10pm Pacific Time.

Due to the pandemic, I believe the CSRs are working from home.  You can either send a message or use the CALL ME option.

If your question does not pertain to your personal account, you can try asking here.  Lots of experienced buyers and sellers volunteering their time to help you.

Most issues can be resolved without contacting CS.

Has it got anything to do with the item you ordered and had it shipped to the wrong address?
