Custom Label - SKU - Multi Variation Listing

I’m using Royal Mail click and drop to process my items, it seems at some point this weekend that multi variation listings now import the item number rather than the SKU I’ve setup.

I don’t use a separate for SKU for each variation within the listing, I just setup a SKU for the whole listing on the main listing page. This has always imported perfectly until this weekend.

Has anyone else had this issue?
