Curious anyone having zip code issues?

This is the second one in a week where the customer messages me about the parcel being "Missent" one to Ca and one to Va both saying the zip code is wrong...however the zip codes match the label ebay prints and the one given buy buyer.....so does ebay or starting to show up a glitch in printing labels....maybe when scanning they scan the cube code....I don't know either that or the carriers have no clue how to deliver an item to the proper address...I mean geesh it is on the label.

"Missent" means the USPS made an error and sent the package to the wrong post office from the destination sort facility. There's nothing to worry about; it will get sent back to the destination facility and then to the correct post office, usually within 24 hours.

It has absolutely nothing to do with the labels.
