so I just had a listing removed by E-Bay, an authentic Coach wallet purchased from an authentic Coach store just because their "Authenticity Team" looked at my photo and randomly decided it wasn't genuine! I called E-bay to find out about this because, honestly, I thought it was a mistake. This listing is several months old. I get an individual who kept going on about the team being able to view "markers to see if an item is genuine". This is a new item, with tags. Personally, I don't see how anyone can judge the authenticity of an item without holding it in their hands. I'm thinking of closing my account. Sellers don't have any rights at all!

Are you certain is was authentic? Tags prove nothing. You can pay 7.50 for an authenticator that Ebay will accept.
You will get more information if you posted about this on the Fashion Board.

With that said, I was able to pull up a cache of a listing for "NWOT Coach signature zip around accordion wallet." The wallet shown is a brown zip around wallet and if that's the listing that was removed, there's no "error." The wallet is definitely fake and ebay did the right thing in removing it.
Again, feel free to post for more information on the fashion board.
