Could not select priority ?

I listed an auction and had to revise it.

It showed 6 oz shipping weight ( l initially listed on my phone) and missed this part

when I went to revise it to the 1 lb 6 oz shipping weight I could not get it out of 

the first class shipping....

I couldn't  change it to priority..

what did I do wrong??

You may have to use a PC to change the Shipping Policy.  I don't think you can do it on your phone. If you can open the listing and use the business form, it should let you pick a different Shipping policy. There are dozens to choose from or you can create a custom one and set it as the default. Just remember to check it each time you create a new listing.

I did go to a PC and I could only select from a very limited menu.

I could not pick priority because it wasn't in the drop down menu

and I couldn't remove the first class. 

I finally lowered the weight on the first class shipping option to 14 oz??

Stupid I know but I couldn't figure it out.
