I sold an item and got the email from eBay informing me of the sale and to print the shipping label. After that, I received a message from the buyer telling me that she made an error in the address and gave me the correct address.
I have not printed the eBay label. Is there a way to edit the buyer’s address on the label? I am afraid to manually make the corrections after printing as it may invalidate the shipping label?
Thank you for your help.

Nope, you cant change the address and you can only ship to the address on file that prints out if you want any buyer protection at all. Cancel the order per "bad address" and relist, let the buyer know when you relist so they can repurchase after they get their address corrected within eBay.
Others may say, make special listing and such, that's up to you

Your ONLY protection against buyer fraud is to ship to the buyer's address which is on file with eBay.
If the buyer did not bother to change their address, that's on them -- don't let it be on YOU.
In addition, the email which you received may not even be your buyer, but someone else trying to pull a scam.
Best choice? Cancel the order, using the excuse "problem with buyer's address" (or similar wording).
Your buyer will be refunded, and you can re-list your item.
Tell your buyer to correct the shipping address, after which they can re-order the item.
You're a newbie -- so play it safe!

Are you sure it's the buyer that sent the message, not a scammer claiming to be the buyer?
Does the ID of the member that sent the message match that of the buyer.
There's an old scam where someone will send the seller a message saying they made a mistake on the address and wanted to change it.
If it is the buyer, tell them you have to ship to the address given at checkout.
You can cancel the order as a problem with the buyers address and they can buy again using the correct address.

Ok. Thank you for the suggestion. Will do.

Verify the ID of the buyer (on the ebay order) and compare it to the "buyer" who requested the address change.
It's often scammers who contact sellers claiming to have erred on the shipping address and especially new sellers, they don't know to check the IDs.
Before cancelling, verify the IDs. Do NOT cancel if it's a different person who contacted you.
