Ebay has become so seller unfriendly. The automated assistant is worthless, there is no link to contact someone int he email you get saying Oh we are increasing your postage on an item because we assume YOU did not weigh or measure it correctly. I want to contact someone to contest this as that is incorrect. Can someone please provide the contact link? I have searched for the last 20 mins and I give up which is what I am assuming Ebay wants you to do.

There are many surcharges with UPS and FedEx that are not factored in until the carrier physically reviews the package.
In order to help you determine if your charge was legit or in error (and how to appeal), view the label details and expand the section on the bottom right that says see cost breakdown (highlighted below in green). Black out order #, tracking #, and buyer ID and post a screenshot.
Please also provide a physical description of the package (box, bag, tube, handle, etc).
Read more in the UPS Guide - start on page 126:

You can find guides for all carriers on eBay Seller Center under "preventing shipping label price adjustments."

This complaint has been well reported around here. Contacting Ebay will not resolve your issue. You received a carrier charge which is a UPS charge. You underpaid for the shipment so the carrier charged your account. If you insist to contact Ebay you can try using Contact Us>Chat box>Then type in your issue>Then state agent please. Have an agent call you back. That's the way to get a hold of Ebay. They will just tell you it's a UPS charge. UPS will say it's correct. You will then be even more frustrated after an 1 hour talking over the phone which gets you nowhere.
