I have a shipping label that I have tried to void multiple times and the eBay message is "this shipping label can't be cancelled". I need to speak with a live agent but get the automated which is "dumb and dumber". Yesterday I ask for a live agent to call. It was 12:00 noon EST and the automated told me there were no live agents available. Can someone please tell me how to avoid the automated to get a live agent and WHEN (what times) are best to get a call back?

You have a limited time frame to void a label. I think it is 4 days, but I can't remember right now. If it has been longer, you won't be able to void it. There is no need to contact eBay, as this is a USPS label and those are their rules.

What type of label @flowers4market and does it have any tracking scans?
To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.
It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.
Printed eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-refundable and cannot be voided.
eBay International Standard Delivery labels are not charged to your account until they are used, so there is no void option.

If the 5 day time frame to void a label has passed it can no longer be voided.
If the label has already been used, it can no longer be voided.

Thanks @ebooksdiva . I was going back and forth on 4 vs 5 days and I wasn't on my desktop to check.
