Contacting Ebay

Does anyone have a contact phone for eBay customer service. Has anyone had a problem with FedEx shipping labels not honoring the eBay shipping price in the shipping labels quote? Shipped 2 items out with eBay  labels and FedEx charged my account another $20+ more for each even though the weight and measurements were the same as I entered in eBay labels. FedEx is no help, says its an eBay problem.

It's been going on for years.

The price shown on Ebay for UPS and FedEx is just an estimate and both like to add extra charges after the package is delivered.

NO.  eBay does not have a phone number for customer service.  This is a scam number.
