Hello all,
I recently had a computer arrive DOA to a customer using Fedex ground, and I paid Fedex to package the item as well. I just got a letter in the mail stating my insurance claim was denied because the return shipping was with another carrier, and FedEx didn't have a chance to inspect it prior to being returned.
Has this happened to anyone? Can you appeal?
Also I see that Fedex offers the option to "create a return label" with the original shipment on their shipping platform (Fedex Create a shipment website).
Ebay doesn't seem to have this option through the shipment portal when I'm creating a shipment using Fedex as the carrier.
Is there any way I can create a Fedex return label to send with the package through Ebay shipping platform?
